Chris has over 20 years of consulting experience in talent management, cyber security, and organizational effectiveness. He advises startups to multinationals on aligning human capabilities with strategy, operational improvements, enterprise risk management, and learning. He was previously a Group Director for a leading international talent advisory and executive search firm, where he specialized in the use of personality assessments for employee selection, retention and development. In 2017, he founded TealSpace to address the complicated and persistent human problems in cybersecurity. Earlier in his career, he served as a trusted advisor to a variety of industries in aligning infrastructure with emerging technologies, digitization of products/services, operational improvements and fostering an agile mindset. Having deep expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Go To Market strategies, he has helped bring new services and products to market for the Fortune 500. Throughout his career he has had several Board of Director positions where he provides guidance to international companies entering the North America market and currently is helping to develop the next genearation of cybersecurity professionals an Advisor to RapidAscent. Chris has BS in Biological Systems Engineering, VA Tech and an MBA from Robert Smith School, UMD. A certified executive coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), he acts as a soundboard for leaders driving transformation, managing disruption and helping to unleash their potential. He is an accredited Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) by Carnegie Melon Software Engineering Institute.
