BLAKE ELDER

Blake has over 10 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, and human resource management in the industrial, manufacturing, biopharma– medical devices and ICT (Information, Communication, Technology) sectors. With previous work experience in recruitment agencies, consulting and in-house recruitment, he has a comprehensive understanding of the corporate environment and how to best partner with hiring managers. He previously worked for a leading international talent advisory running full-life cycle executive search and recruitment assignments and is formally trained in professional and leadership assessments to aid in employee selection. With his background in human resources, he will ensure a successful onboarding and seamless transition of new hires into the organization. Blake has two BS degrees with one in Finance from University of South Carolina and Biology from East Carolina University.
